										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>每到下午就會昏昏欲睡，失去動力，你也跟我一樣有這個煩惱嗎？早起出門上班，努力工作到中午12點，終於可以吃飯偷個閒了！但一回到工作崗位，卻感到眼皮十分沈重，明明下午還有滿滿的待辦事項等著我們完成，卻無法專注有效率的工作，我想很多人都有這個困擾。</p>

<p>史丹佛大學睡眠與生理節奏研究所曾表示，人類的生理時鐘會在下午兩點左右出現疲勞現象，那我們到底可以怎麼改善呢？</p>



<p>今天想推薦我個人覺得有效的三種方式給大家！</p>



<h2 class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading">1<strong>.出去散散步</strong></h2>



<p>擺脫昏睡的第一步，就是離開座位，現代人大多都長期盯著電腦或是手機，上班族除了眼睛會感到疲倦之外，長時間的待在辦公室裡，其實也會覺得很悶，越坐越想睡，這時候花5-10分鐘到戶外呼吸一下新鮮空氣，並且活動活動筋骨，可以的話請嘗試深沈的呼吸，慢慢地吸氣&#8230;慢慢地吐氣&#8230;再搭配一首能讓你感到寧靜的音樂，這能有效的梳理你的思緒，也能讓精神變得更好喔！</p>

<h2 class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading"><strong>2.選擇水、無糖飲料、和健康的食物</strong></h2>



<p>很多人中午買飯時都會順便帶一杯手搖飲，但其實含糖飲料，正是讓我們昏昏欲睡的原因，建議攝取低碳、高蛋白的食物，糖和精緻澱粉都屬於高升糖指數，一吃下去，胰島素大兵就會迅速的上升，這時候就會影響大腦的血清素，這也是為什麼我們會想倒頭就睡！健康的飲食，除了能改善疲倦的現象，讓工作更加有效率外，對我們的健康也有非常多的益處，是一舉數得的作法唷！</p>

<h2 class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading"><strong>3.看一部好的影片、一篇激勵你的文章</strong></h2>



<p>還記得每當我們聽完一場勵志的演講、一本正能量的書或是一部激勵人心的影片時，心裡就會被注入滿滿的力量，「真的太棒了，我一定要更努力」，然後開始積極的規劃自己的目標，這樣的能量驅動我們前進！但是能量是會被消耗的，就跟手機一樣是需要充電的呀！因此每天中午可以試著幫自已補充一點能量，鼓勵自己朝著目標前進，那麼就會忘了疲倦，專注工作啦！</p>
