										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>減脂期嘴饞的時候很痛苦，想必都有經歷過，或者你正處於這痛苦中，但這時又會想著如果放棄，就太可惜了，所以這篇文章將會推薦六大0卡實物，來幫助你度過這難關，並會分別提出優缺點、哪裡可以買、及一些小撇步。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>好物一：0卡果凍</strong></p>



<p>通路：711、蝦皮（建議蝦皮買會便宜很多）<br>優點：想吃甜點的最佳選擇，又有飽足感<br>缺點：吃太多會有脹氣現象</p>



<p>我減脂期最愛的食物，想吃甜點時，超級推0卡果凍，可以瞬間滿足想吃甜點的慾望，裡面採用的是赤藻糖醇（代糖的一種，不會被人體吸收），跟一般的果凍幾乎沒有差別，以下兩款都是盛珍香出的，分別是0卡寒天果凍—白葡萄果凍丁＋蘆薈（大）、零卡果凍（小）</p>

<p>通路：超商<br>優點：抑制食慾、提神、口味多<br>缺點：嘴巴痠、有些人對糖醇會有脹氣現象、胃酸現象、一直吃空氣也會有脹氣現象</p>

<p>通路：超商、超市<br>優點：抑制食慾、增加新陳代謝、便宜、種類多（紅茶、綠茶、康普茶、高山茶….）<br>缺點：沒有甜味、無法滿足想吃甜點的慾望<br>Lahoo小撇步：紅茶茶包＋無糖杏仁飲（適量、畢竟還是有熱量）—>偽奶茶，超適合冬天來一杯！</p>

<p>通路：超商、超市（濾掛）、咖啡店<br>優點：抑制食慾、提神、香～<br>缺點：含有咖啡因，對咖啡因敏感的人須注意咖啡因含量，空腹喝會有胃酸的情況。<br>本人對咖啡因很敏感，必須喝有機咖啡豆，才不會有心悸的現象，以下是我常喝的濾掛咖啡（黑熊牌，沒有業配喔）</p>

<p>有些人會有一些疑問，「這些0卡食物真的好嗎？」，不管是對身體、心理會不會有負面影響？<br>我個人認為，對身體而言，任何食物過量或過少都不好；對心理而言，如果開始產生壓力，且這壓力已經無法適當抒發，就是要開始注意的時候。<br>當目標越大越想達成時，會找各種方法來紓解壓力，而這些0卡食物就是其中方法之一，協助你前往目標時，能更有動力，進而緩解壓力不適感，是堅持下去的一種方式，沒有好或不好，只是在前往目標的路途中，讓身心靈達到平衡的方式而已。</p>
