										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>這三週最需要調整的就是心態，開始聆聽身體需要的食物、想要的生活作息，整理自己的思緒並且調整步調，除了工作跟訓練、睡覺外其他都是好好烹飪給自己的時間。</p>



<p>在安靜的時候能慢下來，每天早上紀錄自己的樣子，聽點舒服的音樂再好好泡杯乳清加燕麥，每一天都是這樣開始的；工作下班後洗洗餐盒再整理明天該吃的營養食物，相對充實的23天，也讓身體獲得很大、很好的反饋！</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>訓練的刻意，是為了生活的隨意</strong></p>



<p>計畫性的安排訓練課表，除了大肌群（胸、背、腿），更重要的是視覺上的細節，所以更加強了肩膀的雕塑，肩膀粗略分為前三角、中三角、後三角，也讓身體隨時保持在備戰狀態。訓練除了體態上的改變，更重要的是學會好好發力，例如知道臀部如何正確發力進而減少膝關節、踝關節不適。</p>

<p>今天Ada來大家如何挑選運動內衣<br>如何挑選運動內衣？<br>1.運動類型<br>一般運動分為低、中、高強度<br>低強度包括：瑜伽、芭蕾<br>中高強度包括：重量訓練、舞蹈&#8230;等<br>高強度包括：跑步、登山、有氧拳擊&#8230;等大動作跳動</p>



<p>2.舒適感<br>運動內衣最重要的莫過於「舒適度」！<br>從布料彈性、包覆性、肩帶長度，到上下圍的貼合度、罩杯內襯大小等，所以還是建議到實體店鋪試穿尤佳！</p>
