										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>相信大家對林志穎都不陌生，擁有「不老男神」之稱的他，47歲仍保養得宜，歲月似乎沒有在他臉上留下痕跡，他的愛妻陳若儀更是美麗大方，高挑又窈窕的身材，是許多女性稱羨的模樣，而在昨日（3/7）她在IG上分享自己維持體態的秘密，看似簡單但是天天做，真的非常自律！</p>

<p>陳若儀曬出了一段影片，親自示範這五件事給大家看，影片中的她身穿粉色的運動背心及緊身褲，零贅肉的身材讓編編本人也好羨慕呀！一起來看看她是怎麼保養身材的吧！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>一、 喝很多很多水來開啟新的一天</strong></p>



<p>水對於人體的好處實在是太多了，能加速新陳代謝，幫助減少腹部脂肪，讓體態越來越好，飲用足夠的水也可以強化肝臟和腎臟功能，將身體的毒素及廢物排出，提高身體的抵抗力，更能活化細胞，減緩老化的狀態，當然皮膚也會變好唷！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>二、 好好護膚</strong></p>



<p>皮膚好，整個人看起來就會不一樣，我們每天都東奔西走的生活著，皮膚總會接觸到很多髒空氣，所以回到家一定要好好清潔、並且保養善待自己的肌膚，才能越活越漂亮！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>三、 吃很多水果及優格，對身體有益</strong></p>



<p>許多人減肥時都會選擇優格來食用，優格是屬於「發酵乳」的一種，含有有益健康的益生菌，能夠保護腸胃、改善過敏、維持免疫平衡，促進腸胃蠕動，也能提升代謝力，但注意要選擇無糖的優格才不會攝取過多糖分，可以添加水果，利用水果自然的糖份來替代人工糖，攝取優格也能幫助身體更快地燃燒脂肪！</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>四、 靠牆練習或任何運動</strong></p>



<p>陳若儀分享她每天都會靠牆，或是做一點簡單的運動，即使只是五分鐘的時間，對於體態也能有很大的改善，大家不妨每天試試看，從五分鐘開始就不會覺得那麼難了！</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>五、 抬腳十分鐘</strong></p>



<p>許多女星都分享過自己在睡前的時候會抬腳，雖然不會幫助燃燒脂肪，但卻可以讓血液回流，透過腿部的開合也能鍛鍊到大腿肌，促進循環、消水腫，打造筆直的美腿，可以利用這個時間看書或是冥想，維持體態之餘也能沈澱心靈。</p>
