										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>愉快的享受心跳加速、汗水淋漓的「高強度間歇運動」</strong></p>



<p>參加這次的「自我挑戰賽」，因而獲得了一個機會讓我嘗試一堂高強度間歇課程，個人是蠻推薦的，和平常的有氧課程不同的是會有一個循環訓練，比較有趣，若有三個學員就是三組動作，每次作20～30秒到自己的極限讓運動強度拉高，這次我們作了三組動作：拿著壺鈴登高，推負重推車、熊爬，每個動作全力衝刺30秒後，中間休息10～20秒，可能會做三、四次這個循環，大概是三十分鐘，而總課程時間一個小時中，也會先進行暖身讓身體熱開來，再進入到主課程HIIT的部分，用高強度的訓練衝刺激讓肌肉疲勞，身體就會需要消耗更多氧氣，最大心率可能會達到85%~100%，所以是非常省時間又有效率的運動，因為強度會不斷變化，消耗的熱量就更多，比起一般的有氧更能帶來快速的效果，如果能和朋友一起上課還可以互相激勵，不怕偷懶半途而廢，在健身中心利用各種健身器材像是壺鈴，槓鈴，彈力帶等等，都可以在運動時加強強度或是娛樂性！</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>清淡舒爽的每一餐，讓我可以活力健康的瘦下來</strong>。</p>



<p>飲食的部分我個人比較喜歡生菜沙拉，最容易取得的生菜沙拉應該是在便利商店，可以自己再另外加入初榨橄欖油，適量的堅果，來補充好的油脂，油脂和蛋白質的攝取都會影響到腸胃消化速度，所以盡可能讓自己攝取到足夠的蛋白質來維持並增長肌肉，個人比較喜歡像是水煮蛋、茶葉蛋、黑豆、毛豆、豆腐&#8230;等等的豆製品作為蛋白質來源，或是可以在超市購買一大包冷凍的毛豆，需要時退冰微波就可以吃，還有冷凍青花菜也是不錯的選擇，補充纖維質的簡便方法，如果有朋友要去美式賣場的話可以一起買一大包的貝比生菜、羅美生菜沙拉和一大盒雞蛋，都是可以在家輕鬆準備上菜的食材，出去吃東西的話我也會盡量找有提供生菜沙拉的餐廳，每次看到一大盤蔬菜就會覺得心情很好，又可以讓身體享受到乾淨的食物！</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>試著在生活中找到飲食和健身的平衡，持續堅持下去</strong>。</p>



<p>肌肉可以保護身體而且消耗熱量又比脂肪多，提高身體的肌肉比例，對瘦身來說是非常重要的一環，而飲食又在減重中佔了百分之七十的影響力，不需要對自己過度嚴苛的控制飲食，偶爾可以犒賞自己一些小東西，是讓自己堅持下去的動力，藉由間歇運動和乾淨均衡的飲食，希望可以讓我快點達成我的目標體脂。</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>從小到大都聽說減肥就是要運動，我也是這樣聽到大的，在學生時期還有體育課，可以讓我們養成固定運動的習慣，但我相信畢業出社會的我們，如果不是重視自己健康的人，幾乎是沒有運動的習慣，我們總是有各種理由，因為累、因為沒有時間而動不起來。但是我後來發現其實減重真正最關鍵的是飲食調整，運動是輔助並且讓我們更健康更有型。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>刻意節食會讓身體反撲</strong></p>



<p>飲食控管其實佔了減重的七分，吃得少不如吃得巧，刻意大幅度的減少日常飲食，會產生很大的身體抗拒和情緒反應，絕大多數人就是敗在這一關，有一種被「不允許」的感覺，將飲食條件突然從非常放肆突然縮減到絕對限制，這個概念就很像是考試臨時抱佛腳，也許可以勉強撐住一時，但一定是無法長久，反而會在那份限制後有反撲，因而導致復胖甚至是更胖。</p>



<p>大腦認為吃得少對身體比較好，但我們常忽略情緒成本和身體成本，例如我不吃之後心情會低落，或是身體可能就會因變化太大而沒有精神，甚至是無法適應，進而影響到日常生活，所以我們為了恢復做事狀態，又會不自覺地走回頭路。</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><br><strong>不要倚賴人的意志力，透過滿足感來連結身體才能身心合一。</strong></p>



<p>想要調整飲食之前，有一件功課是我們可以去做的就是，看見自己吃下了什麼，我們會吃過量的食物都是因為自己無意識，或是情緒進食，因為在生活中的某些部分沒有得到足夠的滿足感，例如心情不好的時候就會想要吃甜食，覺得自己很辛苦受委屈時就會想吃高熱量食物。我們多多少少可以在日常生活中察覺到這些事情，只是我們有沒有覺察到和有意識，這一類的進食吃進的都是情緒，也會讓我們過量，因此我自己調整飲食的首要做法會是：「我做了這項改變，我的心情會不會嚴重沮喪？」如果會，我就會減低自己的心理壓力，例如我們想戒掉炸物，但以前可能是一週五天吃炸，如果一下子就完全不吃，就會跟戒菸的人一樣，身體滿是不舒服，而且只要有人再給他一支菸，很容易就被誘惑了，所以我可能會改成一週只有三天能吃炸，等這個強度適應之後，再變成一週一次，再來是完全不吃，讓身體慢慢適應減少炸物的感覺，只要身體有適時得到好處，就會一直想要做下去，讓身體知道原來不吃炸物是舒服的，精神會更好更有力量。</p>



<p>否則我們喜歡吃垃圾食物，不也是因為吃的當下我們有得到好處才會一直無法自拔嗎？</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>我運動不是為了減肥！觀念的轉換</strong></p>



<p>當飲食調整成自己最舒服的狀態時，接下來就可以加上運動，我自己慢慢地從「運動是為了減肥」的觀念調整成「運動是為了漂亮的健康」，因為我們的目標如果不夠吸引人和振奮，也很容易半途而廢，減肥等於我不要胖、我不要這些肉、我不要脂肪、我不要身體很重，把自己不要的東西當作是目標是很難對大腦和身體構成吸引力的，彷彿是一種恐懼訴求：如果你身上有這麼多肉就不被人喜歡，如果你太胖大家就會討厭你，這樣的意念其實都藏在我們的不要裡，但是漂亮和健康就是比較正向的意圖，而且這些東西都是我們要的，越多越好我們也不會排斥，所以我認為運動不是為了減肥，是為了健康、為了讓自己有活力和精神、為了雕塑自己身上的肌肉，讓他們都可以更加有力量感。</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>讓自己當個水美眉，沒事就多喝水</strong>。</p>



<p>無論是飲食控制、運動過後，水都扮演一個非常重要的角色，水還有一個功用是可以讓皮膚更好、代謝順暢，所以「沒事多喝水，多喝水沒事」的台詞真的很中肯，水真的是讓我們身體沒事的關鍵，因為我過去遇過一些不喝水的人，我說的不喝水是那種很誇張的完全沒在喝，把飲料和湯代替水的狀態，我常發現這類型的人常常容易口乾舌燥，因為和他們講話時真的會感覺到滿滿的氣味，也會發現他們的皮膚和嘴唇偏乾。</p>



<p>我想大部分的人應該是和我一樣，屬於會喝水但喝不足量，人體一天所需的水量，我們應該常常會沒有達標，我自己現在的方式是，只有在特定值得讚許自己的日子裡才會喝甜的，平常就喝水，用透明杯子裝，就會看到自己現在喝到哪裡，快要喝完一杯的時候就會特別有成就感，知道自己完成了一杯，平常我也就不太會去喝火鍋湯或是其他湯頭，減少用這種方式來彌補水量，用真正的水去達標。</p>

<p>我是嘗試了很多方式才慢慢找到自己最喜歡、最適合也最長久的方法，其實網路上現實中的減重方式百百種，別人有效的方式不一定適合自己，當然也可能是自己沒有做確實，所以我覺得找到自己願意持續做的方法才是最重要的，因為你沒有持續，什麼再厲害的方法也是白搭，任何讓自己變好的狀態都是需要長時間進行，並且持之以恆，所以我覺得持續才是最重要的。</p>

<p>以上提供的見解，也是依據自己常常在什麼地方被打敗去做調整，從人性的弱點下手，太完美是很難讓大多數人完成的，因為我們都有自己想抗拒的地方，飲食調整我算是已經調了一陣子了，先從吃對食物開始，再來是講低熱量和多喝水，最近也慢慢加入運動，期望接下來自己的變化，也祝福各位在減重之路上的戰友們能達成目標。</p>

<p>我愛吃也愛煮，但真的會有煮累的時候，經前症候群倦態發作中，啊廷說我可以不用這麼辛苦，這時候出門找些療癒美食來吃，我想痛痛就會飛走了～</p>

<p>天鮮輕食尚店裡用餐環境蠻舒服的，也有簡單小巧的布置，座位不少，感覺就算客滿也不會很壅擠，還有乾淨的洗手間，而且服務人員蠻親切的，介紹說食材和醬料都店家自己做的，整體來說這個餐點價錢我覺得非常划算。</p>

<p>自從回診說我腳麻醫生叫我去吃B群，我就開始煩惱要替換主食成各種全穀類，難得外食有不是含糖小米粥的小米哈哈。金黃色小米混搭毛豆、甜椒、鷹嘴豆和洋蔥，視覺和口感都很好！可以做溫熱的也可以像是沙拉吃涼的，近期天氣轉熱清爽清爽～我很喜歡！</p>

<p>據說是新款喔！好久沒有吃排骨了，厚實的豬排裏頭的調味很好，不是傳統滷排的重鹹油膩口味，整體鹹香搭配高麗菜絲味覺上很平衡。然後重點紫米飯是好吃的，如果一家店的飯軟硬適中，濕度宜人又粒粒分明（？）我至少就有87%的回訪機率了！<br>不像我昨天不小心煮出一鍋濕軟糙米飯QQ所以我再也不煮糙米了（喂）</p>

<p>上次吃gonna是兩年前，今天又來同一間分店，環境還是一樣舒服。我對仁愛圓環這一帶懷抱著一種特別情懷，窗邊座位氣氛很不錯，可以邊吃邊享受外頭綠蔭盎然的景色，是一個聚餐或獨享都很適合的餐廳。貼心的店員還注意到我喉嚨不舒服，最後還遞了一杯溫水給我。直接眼冒愛心～！</p>

<p>1主5肉2菜3油（1份堅果與種子）<br>衛福部建議每天要攝取3～7份和1份堅果與種子，這盤其實挺剛好的，中蔬菜很多元顏色也很豐富，可想而知營養素不在話下。另外醬汁我也很喜歡，領班店員特別介紹說是Umami醬汁，我記得這是日文鮮味的意思，吃起來很像味噌，整體味道很豐富。有堅果們、毛豆和鷹嘴豆讓口感很有層次但不失和諧～此外我很喜歡裡面的紅椒！</p>

<p>這應該是gonna的招牌，是我第二次吃～味道還是一樣好，燕麥取代一般粉漿麵衣，推薦給喜歡咬勁的人。因為燕麥的關係，吃起來就像炸雞版granola！裡面的雞腿肉多汁又鮮美，一份五塊，蠻大塊可以多人分食。</p>

<p>少點鹽健康餐盒成立於2019年6月，以健康餐盒為主。台北四間直營門市信義店、巨蛋店、內湖店、南港店。不開放加盟，讓內部人才能夠透過自己的努力改變命運，<strong>通過自己的努力，再去幫助更多想改變的人</strong>。</p>



<p>少點鹽的主餐多達14種口味，配菜甚至有5-6種，好吃、份量大又健康。主打少油、少鹽、少醣的低卡路里餐點，肉品類以舒肥的烹調技術，採用低溫真空烹調，讓食物本身的口感更好更入味，且肉品熟度十分均勻。主廚於今年5月首創手撕雞系列後，不惜成本的作風受到廣大客人的喜愛。</p>
